2008 to 2016 - AFC Rovers
Our research shows that the football club was originally formed under the name of AFC Rovers. The club was first started and based in East side of Kingston Upon Hull with the club first playing football in the East Riding Counties Football League.
As a very successful amateur club and a steady rise through the East Riding Counties divisions the was eventually promoted into the Humber Premier League in 2014.
We know from 2008 until 2016 AFC Rovers had the following final league positions:
2008/09 season – East Riding Counties Division 2 (2nd Place – Promoted)
2009/10 season – East Riding Counties Division 1 (1st Place – Promoted)
2010/11 season – East Riding Counties Premier (7th Place)
2011/12 season – East Riding Counties Premier (5th Place)
2012/13 season – East Riding Counties Premier (4th Place)
2013/14 season – East Riding Counties Premier (1st Place – Promoted)
2014/15 season – Humber Premier Division 1 (1st Place – Promoted)
