FC Humber manager David Haley comments “It’s great for us a club to be able to dual-reg these four quality young Guiseley players. They will improve our squad and the team with their energy and technical ability. I am looking forward to working with and developing these young players. It is a fantastic opportunity for these players to play in a mens semi-professional league to learn and improve their game so they are ready to challenge for a place in Guiseley’s first team. A huge thanks to Dave Currie at Guiseley for allowing these players to join us”

A statement from Guiseley FC can be read below

We can confirm that Harry Glover, Harrison Leigh, Ellis Farrar and Oliver Reape have all signed dual registration deals with FC Humber United.

The four academy graduates will feature for the Northern Counties East Division 1 side but can still feature in first team and Young Lions matches. FC Humber United sit in 20th position in the NCEL table and are managed by UEFA A Licensed Coach Dave Haley.

Defenders Harrison Leigh, Ellis Farrar and Oliver Reape were all involved in the trip to Darlington last month. All have played a key role in academy games this season and helped Dave Currie’s side reach the second round of the FA Youth Cup and maintain a 100% start to the league campaign.

Good luck lads!
